Stay at
Welcome to Mardi Tourist Farm on the shores of Roopa Bay in Saaremaa! On our family-friendly farm, you can relax, enjoy the peace by the sea, and discover the humorous Lambakogu theme park located next door.
What Makes
Us Unique
Mardi Farm combines a traditional holiday farm with modern comfort and a humorous theme park.
Our private coastline, quaint windmill and large party house create a special atmosphere. Juniper-rich nature trails, sea views and the opportunity to jump straight from the sauna into the pond ensure an unforgettable holiday.

Lambparliament
Next to Mart’s Farm, you will find the humorous theme park Lambparliament, created by Mart Maastik.
The park includes 101 stone sheep, each with its own role, and the nearly 3-hectare Lilian Flower Garden, where thousands of flowers and plants bloom among the tall junipers.
Visitors can see the Lamb Army parade, take part in the Lambparliament session, and dance under the Lambhenge at the sheep dance party.

Sea & Nature
Our farm is located in Karala Village, close to Roopa Bay. Swim or row in a quiet cove or walk through juniper fields and reed beds.
We rent rowing boats and bicycles and organize adventures with Unimog so you can discover the exciting places of Saaremaa.
The nature trails are suitable for both hiking and cycling, and the evening sunsets over the sea create a memorable experience.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation Grant
Project name: Digitalization of Mardi Farm Management System
In 2025, Mardi Farm (Kamm Ettevõtmiste OÜ) applied for the Tourism Sector Software Connection and Interface Support (2025-2027) for the implementation of a cloud-based management system.
The aim of the project is to consolidate all reservations into a single web-based system, reducing manual work and improving the customer experience with automatic confirmations, reminders and real-time overviews.
The project supports the digitalization of tourism services, which resulted in the migration of Mardi Farm accommodation to a modern web- and mobile-friendly management system BOUK.
